• Hours are 7am – 5pm unless you are on call
• Excellent guaranteed salary and a bonus of 80% on what you make above salary and expenses (expenses are one of the lowest)
• New associate should finish the work in few hours until he/she gets busy
• The new associate will be treated almost like a partner
• 3 weeks paid vacation and paid malpractice insurance
• The practice is 100% pulmonary/Critical care
• Independent practice works closely with the Internal medicine residency program
