Pennsylvania Family Medicine Opportunity

Greetings,

We currently have a family medicine opportunity in the Harrisburg area. It is a locums, locums to permanent or straight permanent opportunity. No call, no weekends. No nursing home or hospital work. Locums would be from asap for 2-3 months with possible renewal or the opportunity to go permanent. Great pay! Malpractice at maximum limits, travel and lodging included. Of course there’s no charge to you for our service.

We supply malpractice insurance at maximum limits with tail coverage. Board certified is not required. This is for coverage in a private practice (no nursing home, hospital or on-call). The owner owns several clinics. A detailed description is:

The average age of the patients seen is 46 (50%-women:50%-men). 2% were under the age of 9 years old, 3% were over the age of 80 years old, 70% were between 30-55 years old. Each of the locations has 1 physician. Therefore, you will be the only physician providing services at this office. During appointment hours the physician will have the following team: 1 pharmacist, 2 nurses (LPNs), 2 receptionists. Medical records are on their own computer system utilizing computer printed patient records and an encounter data collection form (SOAP formatted) during the patient appointments. The physician is NOT responsible for financial charge coding, form completion or prescription medication inquiries. All services provided are office based. No nursing home or hospital or on-call assignments.
