Base compensation. Annual performance incentives up to $20,000 – starting in year two. Signing bonus of $10,000 –
$20,000 DOE. Relocation assistance of $10,000. Authorized time off of 30 days per year. CME allowance of $3,000 per year. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, & retirement benefits. 4 year service commitment
